Order Processing & Fulfillment
Order payment processing and fulfillment are facilitated through a compliant, licensed third-party alcohol retailer. Dad Strength Brewing does not directly sell or ship alcoholic beverages.

All orders are subject to acceptance and shipment by a licensed retailer. No order is final until it has shipped. Orders may be canceled for compliance or technical reasons, in which case payment authorizations will be refunded.

Where We Ship
Alcohol delivery availability varies by state and locality and may be limited or unavailable due to applicable laws.

Adult Signature Requirement
All shipments containing alcohol require an adult (21+) signature with valid government-issued ID. Carriers will not leave alcohol shipments unattended.

Shipping Timeframes & Tracking
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1–5 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

Risk of Loss & Failed Delivery
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender to the carrier. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed signatures may result in refunds less shipping and restocking fees.

Returns & Damaged Goods
All alcohol sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
